Had climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV in my extremely spacious and outstanding room. The location of the hotel was great and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met what we needed, totally recommend it. The hotel was fairly clean, we liked it. Family room we stayed at was excellent. In general the staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the venue was very close to Very close to NRG center, most areas of Houston and neg stadium. Medical Center district was worth staying in.

The lobby of Hyatt Place is beautifully designed, with plenty of comfortable seating. The rooms are spacious and have a nice seating area. The rooftop pool and spa offer a relaxing experience with a great view. The location is very convenient, especially for those attending events at NRG stadium. Even though there were some issues with communication and responsiveness, the overall experience at Hyatt Place Houston Medical Center was positive. The cleanliness of the hotel, comfortable beds, and proximity to NRG center make it a good choice for a stay in the area. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was above average, overall food was appetising! The location was particularly good, easy walk to Woman's Hospital of Texas. It also was in the middle of jackson.

This place's location is great, just 2 miles from a 55-acre zoological park in Hermann Park and a 24-minute drive from the airport, right in the middle of Jackson.
